Krishna Shrestha

Senior Financial Associate

As the Senior Financial Associate, Krishna Shrestha reviews, processes, and reconciles monthly imprest reports; works with field offices in several countries to resolve discrepancies; and submits approved imprest reports to the accounting department. He also acts as the liaison between accounting staff and field staff regarding their allowances and payroll issues. Mr. Shrestha also reviews monthly cost sheets, reconciles ED vouchers, and prepares reallocations for cost as necessary. Mr. Shrestha has extensive knowledge and experience in finance and accounting, with over ten years working at AED (now FHI 360) and over ten years as Chief Accountant with United States Agency for International Development–Nepal. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, Political Science, and Nepali from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and speaks fluent Nepali, Newari, Hindi, and English.
